As an experienced Coach, Manager and Leader, I have developed my career over the last 35 years across the Community Services, Health and VET /Higher Education sectors. For the last 22 years I have worked in a variety of Management/Leadership roles dedicated to building organisational capability and individual staff capacity to achieve both quality community based, health and learning outcomes. I am passionate about helping people to change their lives through a range of techniques including coaching, to enhance their wellbeing.
